You should be meticulous at planning, have flair for creative, be good with budgets and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be adept at taking a brief from the business and translating this into a creative brief for our suppliers, and managing it through to completion.

International Operations Executive
In this new and exciting roll you will be responsible for supporting Sports Tours International overseas staff and ensuring our excellent levels of customer satisfaction are achieved at all times. In this fast paced and exciting role, you will assist the Overseas Operations Team with coordinating overseas logistics and human resources and customer pre-departure administration.
You will be will be personable and outgoing with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business. You will be self-motivated, organised and able to form strong relationships with internal and external teams. You will have an understanding of Package Travel Regulations, experience in working in travel and a good knowledge of Sports Tours International’s events

For the 2020 season we will be recruiting for outgoing, sports-minded individuals who are able to work on our overseas cycling events as bike mechanic. We are looking for someone with Cytech or similar qualifications. Even though qualifications are important, for us experience is equally important so get in touch if you have worked with a team, in a shop or at your cycling club. Please note that this is only casual work so only a few times a year, in line with the dates of our various events. The Running Bee Foundation is now recruiting for volunteers to help with our series of UK events in 2020.
