Sports Tours International Zwift Group Rides. They’re Returning
Due to popular demand, we’re returning to the virtual world of Zwift.
Back in June when we should have been at cycling events across Europe, we set up a weekly meetup on Zwift to help keep our wheels turning and we received some brilliant feedback from the riders. We’re delighted to announce that due to popular demand, we’re going to do this again to help you keep on top of your riding through the winter months.
We will again be bringing together a few of our highly experienced cycling team members to spend some time with you virtually. We shall host a weekly group ride where we can enjoy the road together, reminisce about the trips you’ve enjoyed with us, or chat about the ones you are looking forward to when they start again in the future. We know that as the nights pull in, it can be difficult to maintain your cycling, hopefully our Zwift meetups can help you.
So, why not celebrate the end of the week (almost!) with our Thursday Night Zwift Group ride?
Join Darrel and Roy, two of our veteran guides, for a group ride and the usual great cycling chat. Plus they know a thing or two about Zwift, so if you are new to the platform feel free to ask any questions.
Every Thursday starting from Thursday 5th November @ 6:30pm UK Time. Please be on Zwift by 6:25pm at the latest in order to join the meet up.
60 min ride, ‘no drop’ policy- Although it should be easier than in ‘real life’, as Zwift is supposed to keep everyone together.
Free and open to everyone – Sign up below and we’ll send you details of how to join.
Please note you will need a Zwift account
Darrel and Roy will be hosting our Zwift Group Rides

First winter group ride for me tonight, 19/11, well grouped by Darrel and I'm sure he held everyone until a few of us caught up after one of the hills. Thanks chaps

Thanks Martin, but are you sure it wasn’t your true grit that dragged you back into the group 🤔💪😎

In nearly 50 years of helping people experience amazing events, we’ve seen runners enjoy bucket list moments. From that final bend in Central Park to running up the steps of The Great Wall of China.
We want to know your top 3 running moments so far. Comment yours below 🏃♀️🏃♂️😀 pic.twitter.com/oSaE9uHWBn
We know how important a good hotel location is for both the start and finish of a marathon. Our Director of Operations, Alex de Waard looks at marathon events that start and finish at the same location and discusses our hotel locations for these events.
His love of sport and his passion to keep active was seen throughout the UK and the commonwealth. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered especially here in Manchester where the Queen and Prince Philip enjoyed the 2002 Commonwealth games. 2/2
