Sports Tours International Launch a BRAND NEW Partnership with SPOK’D
Sports Tours International are delighted to announce a BRAND NEW partnership with SPOK’D. SPOK’D is a flexible online cycling coaching app that, we believe, will really help you stay active at home, and take your future event preparation to the next level.
Click on the video above for a further insight into SPOK’D.
SPOK’D was created from the minds of former Rapha Condor pro rider Richard Lang, and Olympic medallist and British cycling coach Chris Newton. SPOK’D offers you specific and adaptable training, designed to fit in around real life. It utilizes your personal performance data and takes into account your goals (i.e. the event you’re training for) and availability to train.
SPOK’D ensures you’re doing the right training to align with what you want to achieve. It adjusts based on real data; such as planned workload vs completed workload, how your training is feeling, your energy levels and, importantly, your sleep patterns (it is often overlooked that how you rest is as, if not more important than how you train.) As you progress, the training progresses, giving you a smart programme, that brings you to your peak when you need it most.
SPOK’D fills an unserved gap in the market, which is why we’re excited to get involved with it. Eddie, a SPOK’D rider, sums it up nicely:
“Using SPOK’D has taught me the difference between training and being coached. There are plenty of linear training plans online you can follow, but they don’t adapt, whereas SPOK’D is dynamic and it will change my plan depending on my form, feel and feedback. All for the price of a few coffees a month.” Eddie Ryce
The adaptable and dynamic nature of SPOK’D ensures that your training plan fits around you. You’re in control. Whether you have an event in mind or you’re looking to be more active from your home and improve your cycling, SPOK’D has you covered.

It was a wild weekend at the Marathon du Mont Blanc. Sadly the weather closed in and put paid to some events but a number of our runners completed the full marathon around Europe’s highest peak. Congratulations to everyone on a mega achievement 🏔
