Holiday makers around the world have seen first hand the chaos that COVID-19 has caused in the travel industry. We know that this has been a very difficult time for everyone. In particular, however, it has been challenging for groups and clubs who travel, as often it’s been one person from the group trying to sort everything out on behalf of the rest of the club/team/group. If you’re doing this by yourself, no doubt the past few months have probably made you think twice about volunteering to sort the trip again.

Balance reminders and flexible payments. So long as the final balance is paid off, in line with our booking t’s and c’s, there is no set balance dates and you can pay whatever suits you whenever it’s most convenient. The full balance must simply be paid by 12 weeks before departure.
We offer a flexible payment system. You can pay by bank transfer, over the phone, or by logging into ‘manage my booking’.
Excellent knowledge of our trips and locations. If your making your own way to your location, our team can advise on the best logistics, such as airport transfers, train stations, and the best way to access your hotel before you travel.
GUARANTEED RACE ENTRIES, we know that getting in to an event as a group can be challenging given the limited slots available. As an official tour operator to many races across the world, we proudly offer a fantastic choice of guaranteed entries to all manner of events across the globe
Our hotels are always situated in great locations to make the logistics of your trip easier for you. Our team can also liaise with the hotel to help you with allocation of people to rooms.
If you feel unsure about anything regarding your trip, you don’t have to google it and end up reading the forums for hours and hours, simply give our team a call, email or even arrange a zoom meeting to discuss any questions about your booking.
Number collection; depending on the specific trip our team will ensure your number is either available at your hotel, is mailed out to you before you travel, or, on some trips, our overseas team will walk you to the expo and registration to collect your bib.
On some trips (depending on size) our overseas team will be there to help you while you are away. Usually they’ll have a desk at your hotel and will be able to assist you with things such as; getting you to the start, knowledge of the area, and tips for the event as well as just beng there to help you with any questions that may occur throughout your trip.
