The date of the 2021 Ronde van Vlaanderen is Sunday 4 April, 2021. The ‘Ronde van Vlaanderen’ is a massive popular event in Belgium. The whole nation turns out to see the heroes of cycling battle it out for the win. You can be there too and our VIP-formulas allow you to be a race insider for the day. You can choose to be at the start in Antwerp or on one of the legendary climbs in the Flemish Ardennes or at the finish in Oudenaarde. We have different VIP access options available for you. Start your day by enjoying a VIP breakfast at the Hilton Antwerp hotel before enjoying access to the team zone. This where the pro teams will prepare for the coming race. You will have access to the VIP start area in front of the start podium.

VIP – BUS ‘START TO FINISH’ – £475 per person inc. tax

Your guide on the bus will be a former pro cyclist and after enjoying a VIP breakfast at the Hilton hotel in Antwerp, you will have access to the team zone where the teams prepare for the race. You will also have access to the VIP start area in front of the start podium. After the start you will set off with a VIP-coach and en-route you will have Champagne and an extensive XXL-packed lunch. the race is shown on TV screens inside the coach. Experience the race and view several LIVE passages of the riders along the route.

The day will finish in the perfect position to get an excellent view of the finish line. You will be able to take your place in the VIP grandstands of Flanders Classics Club in Oudenaarde. After watching the finish, you can attend a prestigious drinks reception at the Flanders Classics Club. You will meet your driver, a former pro cyclist, in a pre-arranged location of your choice. Start your day by enjoying a VIP breakfast at the Hilton Antwerp hotel before enjoying access to the team zone. This where the pro teams will prepare for the coming race. You will have access to the VIP start area in front of the start podium.

Once you get in the car, you will start your VIP car journey with Champagne. You will also have an extensive XXL-packed lunch on the way. You will enjoy this first class race experience in an official Flanders Classics race car on the course. At the finish, you will enjoy a prestigious drinks reception after the race at the town hall in Oudenaarde with lots of prominent Belgian cycling personalities in attendance. 3X OUDE KWAREMONT – £425 per person inc. tax

From Oudenaarde your VIP shuttle awaits and will take you to ‘De Oude Kwaremont’ up until 10.45. Once there you will have a welcome with Champagne and snacks followed by a buffet lunch and open bar. You will see the riders of the women’s Tour of Flanders pro race come past once and the Elite Men 3 times. Throughout you will have access to the open bar and large screens to watch the race live. VIP – RONDE VAN VLAANDERENSTRAAT – £250 per person inc. tax

This is a programme full of atmosphere in the beautiful Flanders Classics VIP tent at the Hotond. ‘De Hotond’ is near Ronse south of Oudenaarde and is one of the ‘bergs’ of the Tour of Flanders and it can be scaled from 6 different directions. FLANDERS CLASSICS CLUB – £250 per person inc. tax

This is a stylish VIP-formula right next to the finish line in Oudenaarde. Experience the finish of the 2021 Tour of Flanders in style from a front row position. Sunday 4 April – The 2021 Tour of Flanders (Ronde van Vlaanderen)

Today is the day of the Tour of Flanders Professional race. We offer various VIP and hospitality access options today. You can add these when you make your hotel booking. Based on which one you choose, we include transport from Ghent to either the start in Antwerp or to the location of the finish in Oudenaarde.

Below is an overview of all the VIP access and hospitality options.

VIP BREAKFAST “START ” ANTWERP

Enjoy a delicious VIP breakfast in Antwerp and enjoy a front row view of the start of the Tour of Flanders. Watch the cyclists as they prepare for this heroic battle from the comfort of our VIP zone. In the meantime, the riders warm up in the team zone and you can inspect the shiny bicycles and the legs of the race favourites from just a few metres away. You will enjoy a front row view when the riders depart onto the roads of Flanders after the official shouts “Heeren vertrekt!” (Gentlemen, be on your way!)

You will be in the centre of the race, with a unique view of the cobblestones of Oude Kwaremont.
The Peloton rumbles over Oude Kwaremont three times. This is the hill where only the best can make a difference. We will once again be setting up a VIP village right on the summit of the Oude Kwaremont. It will be as welcoming as it is exciting. You will have a front row seat, not once, not twice, but three times, as the cyclists pass through and you can witness the blood, sweat and tears on their faces. A live experience you don’t want to miss.

The NH Gent Belfort hotel puts leisure travellers right in the heart of the city. A 5-minute walk takes you to sights like the cathedral, castle and belfry, plus you’ve got all the bars and restaurants you need just outside the door.

Single travellers and twin to share

We welcome single travellers on our tours and holidays as it is a great way to join a like-minded group of people and you will make lots of new friends. If you would like to join our group as a single traveller we can offer you two options. A single room or if you want to avoid the single supplement then you can make use of our ‘twin to share’ option. We will pair you up with another rider (of the same sex) and you can enjoy the event without having to pay extra.
