Bike Bus Pro service from £295 per bike

Our tried and tested bike transport service that takes the stress out of getting to the start line. Our custom-built racking is unique as it ensures your bike does not touch any others during transit. We remove the front wheel and fork-mount the bike to our racking so it’s solid and secure for the journey. Your front wheel is placed into one of our padded wheel bags for the journey. Included in the price is luggage, which will give you full peace of mind and allow you a stress-free journey.

What makes us different is that we are mechanics and triathletes with the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to get you through your event. We are in it with you all the way with organised swims, rides & runs out on the course to get you familiar with your surroundings.

What we do after your booking
- 6 weeks before your event you will receive your pick up & post race drop off date
- 4 weeks before your event you will receive Race Force event schedule
- 7-10 days before your event you will be notified of your 3 hour time slot for collection of your bike & bag
- 48 hours before your pick up you will get a reminder of the pick up schedule
- On the pick up day you will get a telephone call 30/60 minutes prior to the pick up

Race Force takes the stress of travelling with a bike out of my hands. It is so helpful and reassuring to have Race Force take my fully assembled bike and bag of essential kit with them. Communication with them was prompt and easy through email. I particularly liked the prompt and frequent communication to the group via WhatsApp. It was very reassuring that Mike and Verity had the knowledge, skills, and tools to help with any potential last minute mechanical problems. It was also clear that the security of our bikes was of the utmost importance to them. The pre-race recce sessions were also extremely helpful and eased the pre-race nerves. The bike drop-off and UK pickup were also seamless. I will most definitely be using Race Force again. Thanks again, Mike and Verity!

Using Race Force to transport my bike and kit to IM Copenhagen removed a huge amount of stress from the whole process. The Race Force team were super helpful and supportive throughout the whole trip and their service was faultless. The best thing by far was being able to hand over my bike and kit immediately after I collected it from transition following the race. No lugging it all back to the hotel. No dismantling the bike the following day when you're knackered to pack it away in a bike box. Worth every penny.

ITINERARY
Bike Bus Pro Service

After booking your Bike Bus Pro service you will be contacted by a member of the Race Force team who will start making arrangements for the collection of your bike.

Timeline of communication and collection
- 6 weeks out from your event a collection & post race drop off day will be communicated to you.
- 4 Weeks out from your event your will receive our event schedule
- 7-10 days out from your event a collection window of 3hours will be allocated to you.
- 48hrs prior to your event day your 3 hour window will be confirmed.
- On the day of collection you will receive a telephone call 30/60 minute prior to collection from your driver.
- On Sunday evening please drop your bike off at the Race Force hub EIX Hotel Port d’Alcudia ready for its transit back to the UK. Time TBC, Sunday departures will be allowed to drop there bike on Saturday evening.
Bike Bus Pro in-resort

Our Race Force Hub is located in a convenient location close to transition and registration unless specified. All our activities will start and finish at the Race Hub which is a hive of activity and a great place to chill out before your big day.

Below is a typical schedule at some of the events that we attend. Activities and times do vary from event to event and is dependent on where the race is based. Please ensure you check the event page for your specific race. We do notify you of our schedule around 4 weeks prior to the event.

How to Book

Click on the Book Now at the top of the page. At time of booking we require a non-refundable deposit per person plus any applicable entry fee. The balance of your travel package must be paid, at the latest, 12 weeks before departure to avoid the cancellation of your trip. Please look here for our full booking conditions

Single travellers and twin to share

We welcome single travellers on our tours and holidays as it is a great way to join a like-minded group of people and you will make lots of new friends. If you would like to join our group as a single traveller we can offer you two options. A single room or if you want to avoid the single supplement then you can make use of our ‘twin to share’ option. We will pair you up with another rider (of the same sex) and you can enjoy the event without having to pay extra.

Bike Handlers

In certain circumstances you may need to nominate a Bike Handler. The bike handler is responsible for handing over or collecting your bike from us. They will need to sign to accept the bike back in an acceptable condition on your behalf and will need to be available at the times agreed during the booking process. They will need to provide photo ID and have their photo taken with the bike.

Q. Do I need to break my bike down?

A.
No. Our cycle mechanic/drivers will transfer your bike fully assembled. They will remove the front wheel to allow for your bike to be secured for transit.

Q. Will you transport my shoes and helmet?

A.
Of course. Included as part of the service is 10kg worth of luggage that you can collect at the same time as your bike from our hub.

Q. Bag Size

A.
Your bag must be a maximum size of 50cmx40cmx20cm similar to a large transition bag. All items including helmets and track pumps must be inside your bag to avoid damage to your items and other customers bags.

Q. Will you remove my seat post

A.
We may need to remove your seat post depending on the size of the bike and the location in the vehicle. Our bike mechanic will tape it and save the setting.

Q. Can you take disc brake bikes

A.
We can take disc brake bikes, please ensure you provide our mechanic with the disc brake space on collection

Q. I have a fixed seat post

A.
