Once again Club La Santa, JBST and SwimForTri link up to provide an intensive week of training specifically structured for various distance athletes and short to long course triathletes.
The training
The camp is based at the World-renowned Club La Santa complex.
We will use the 50-metre outdoor pool, enclosed lagoon, 400m running track plus rides and runs that cover different parts of the Island of Lanzarote. The sessions are perfect for athletes from intermediate to experienced levels and the aim is to work with each person individually to ensure that they get the correct advice and training.
The camp would not be suitable for absolute beginners who may be used to a lower level of exercise, but athletes from single sports who have a few years endurance experience will find it manageable and great fun.
On top of the programme of training sessions, lectures and social activities (including a great end of camp meal at the la Casa Restaurant) many other activities are available
at La Santa. Wind surfing, beach volleyball, tennis, aerobics classes, spinning, or the opportunity to just relax in the new Wellness centre complete with Jacuzzi, sauna, cold pool, hydro jets and steam baths. There is so much to do and so many facilities available throughout the day you will never get bored at Club La Santa.
