Participate in the 2013 Ironman 70.3 Lanzarote 

The Ironman 70.3 Lanzarote enters it's second year in 2013. It takes place on October 5th and captures the spirit of the full distance Ironman Lanzarote, which remains one of the most iconic and toughest Ironman full distance triathlon events in the World.

Ironman 70.3 Lanzarote will begin with 2 laps of a course in the salt water lagoon next to Club La Santa, the World's number 1 sports and activity holiday resort.  After completing the 1.9km swim, you will then ride 90km over some of Lanzarote's spectacular terrain past Famara and on to the North coast where you will tackle the famous 10km cycling climb of Tabayesco, before returning to Club La Santa for the final section of the 21.1km half marathon run.

There is a cut off of 8 hours 30 minutes for completing Ironman 70.3 Lanzarote.
