TRAVEL DETAILS:
We have arranged flights from London Gatwick Airport to Orlando Airport on the following dates:

Thurs 8th Jan – Thurs 15th Jan 2009 with Virgin Atlantic Airways

Please note all return flights are overnight from Orlando and land into London Gatwick on Friday morning, 16th Jan 2009. Domestic flights from other regions can be requested at a supplement if required to connect to your international flight.

TRANSFERS:
We have arranged private transfers by coach for Sports Tours customers arriving and departing from Orlando on the group flights listed. We can book car hire for you on request if required.

(Please note: Due to safety issues all participants of the Walt Disney World® Marathon and Half Marathon must be able to maintain a 16min per mile pace for the entire race. Anyone dropping below that schedule will be picked up en route and transported to the finish)

Included in the price:
Return scheduled flights from London Gatwick to Orlando, inclusive of all taxes, fees and surcharges (Note: taxes and surcharges are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and are subject to change. At the point of ticketing, which is normally 3-4 weeks before travel, any increase in taxes and surcharges will be invoiced to the customer)
Your choice of Walt Disney World® accommodation on a room only basis, including all occupancy taxes.

How To Book:

To secure your reservation we require the following payment at the time of booking:

DEPOSIT – £200 per person
APPLICABLE RACE ENTRY FEE – (runners only, includes bus to start)

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you have adequate travel insurance for your trip. Please ensure you are also covered for running a marathon as many insurance companies do not cover you for this type of sporting event.
