We thought you would be interested to hear what Adrian, one of our runners in 2010, thought of the Tokyo Marathon.
“Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Tokyo was a fascinating city. The night life was great. Although not advisable before a marathon we stayed out one night til 5 a.m. The Fuji trip and the sightseeing were excellent and the Bullet train sensational. All the logistics of the trip went perfectly particularly after the race – which of course is a critical time. The Japanese organization and planning were done to perfection. So all in all one of the best marathons we have done. Incidentally this was my tenth so I’m feeling quite pleased with myself . I think Tokyo deserves to be included as one of the World Majors.”
Great praise indeed!
