Run to the Beat is London’s music half marathon and in 2012 it is now powered by Nike+. The half marathon, now in its fifth year, starts and finishes at The O2 arena in London on Sunday 21st October 2012. It’s ideal for those runners looking to step up their distance, but not quite ready for a full marathon…….or you could use it as a training run/warm up for a full marathon later in the year, like the Chicago Marathon, the ING New York City Marathon or the French Riviera Marathon.

The 13.1 miles route of Run to the Beat will take in the sites and sounds of Greenwich and the surrounding areas, with exclusive musical performances and bands playing all along the route. In our opinion, Run to the Beat is a really enjoyable half marathon that gives you great pleasure and plenty of time to enjoy a weekend in London.

For Run to the Beat, we have decided to use the centrally located Park Plaza County Hall, as this provides you with a brilliant location to go out and explore London. We have 2 and 3 night options, both on bed and breakfast basis.

2 nights is £200 per person sharing a twin room, with a single room supplement of £145 should you require it. 3 night is £285 per person, based on twin share, with a £220 single room supplement.

Guaranteed Race Entry for Run to the Beat is £44.

At time of booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 (lower if the package price is cheaper per person, plus the full Race Entry Fee, which is non-returnable once booked. The balance of your travel package must be paid, at the latest, 12 weeks before departure to avoid the cancellation of your trip.
