Run the Flash 5k - Women's Race

Held alongside the Run the Flash 10k, the new 5k run/walk was a great success in August 2012, especially for those runners and walkers looking to raise money for charitable causes.

Thank you for everyone for taking part, especially one large group of participants fund raising for BeBold.  Thanks to those who also ran for Tommys and Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Tommy's were two of our nominated charities for the Run the Flash 5k.
