The ING New York City Marathon is one of the world’s biggest marathons and is without doubt the most vibrant, passing through all five of NYC’s buzzing boroughs! It is an exhilarating and unforgettable event but it is also a big challenge. We know how important it is to support our runners from the day they join our team to the moment they set off on their marathon.

Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK but there is so much more we could do to raise awareness of the symptoms, leading to earlier diagnosis and much higher chances of survival. Our ING New York Marathon team target for 2011 is to raise £100,000 for our work in awareness raising, campaigning and supporting patients and their families.
