Dublin Marathon

Sporting the superb Georgian facades of the GPO Building, Trinity College and Moore Street Market, Dublin is a City on a grand scale and the Dublin Marathon is part of a rich running history. Plenty of pub culture for your post marathon relaxation, will enable you and the rest of your fellow Dublin marathon runners to get into the party mood.
The 2012 Dublin Marathon
This historic Irish marathon is held on a bank holiday Monday at the end of October, you are guaranteed enthusiastic crowds, which help make the Dublin Marathon such an experience. A few refinements made to the course in the last few years, hopefully making it quicker as it’s fairly flat, and should mean you can expect a winning time around the record of 2:09:07. With over 11,000 runners expected, this marathon is the right size to give you company without crowding your running space.
Sports Tours International has been taking runners to Dublin for their running holiday for many years and the Dublin Marathon never ceases to be a magical experience.
