Bike Transfer to the Etape 2010
Return Service – UK to Pau

Follow the success of our bike transfer service in 2009 we will be offering the service again for the 2010 Etape du Tour.

Whether you are flying, driving or taking the train this service is one of the only ways to guarantee that your bike will arrive safely in France ready for you to do the Etape.

We will collect your bike in the UK at one of the drop off points listed below and transport it to our secure bike store in Pau, France. When we collect your bike it MUST be in a suitable bike box or bag and labelled with the luggage tag you will be provided with prior to the collection date. Also you MUST hand over your completed bike box/bag contents form to the driver who will then issue you with a collection receipt.
You will then be reunited with your bike at our secure bike store in Pau, where you will be taken on Saturday 17th to rebuild your bike and do any last minute adjustments so you know it is set up ready to conquer the Tourmalet.

While you are competing in the Etape we will transport your box/bag to our coach rendezvous point where you will meet up with the van and driver that collected your bike, you will then dismantle it and re-box/bag your bike ready for its return journey to the UK.

To collect your bike in the UK you must return to the drop off point on the time and day designated below hand in your collection receipt and your bike will then be returned to you.

COST: £80 (For persons who have booked a package or an entry with Sports Tours International)
COST: £110 (For persons who have NOT booked a package or an entry with Sports Tours International)
