The Etape Caledonia takes place in the middle of May, and covers 81 miles of the Perthshire Highlands, making it the perfect domestic UK preparation for any European cyclo sportive, including the Etape du Tour.

With almost 2,000 metres of climbing it is no easy ride and will be a good indicator of how your training is going before you venture abroad. Plus you have the added attraction of cycling in Scotland, home of great scenery and culture.
